- Minimum 8+ Years of experience required, maximum 20 Years.
- Must have experience in VMC machines
- A strong knowledge of CNC, sheet metal, plastic molding fabrication process
- Very good leadership skills to handle manpower and scheduling of work
- Computer savvy and able to work with office tools such as XL, power point
- Good organization and communication skill
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other relevant areas
- Experience in running factory floors and operations
- Experience in people management
- CNC machining In house
- Sheet metal - Outsourced
- Plastic molding, 3D printing - Outsourced
- End to end work scheduling based on customer requirements
- Continuous improvement
- Machine floor planning and maintenance
- Interface with external vendors and govt. bodies
- Quality control and process control
- Morning shift
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
