• Manage consumption strategies for production fall outs:

• Work with cross functional teams like Product Management, Product development, Product planning, Business and marketing teams to derive consumption strategies.
• Track qualification timelines and ensure on time completion.
• Efficient inventory management of fall-outs.
• Track & act on cycle time days of inventory metrics to optimize the supply chain operations:

• Navigate inventory through varying demand/supply dynamics (allocation, oversupply, non-prime die)
• Drive ageing inventory depletion by working with planning, Business units and other teams.
• Review & align on Non-Prime inventory consumption strategies with Planning, Business Units, Sales Ops & other teams.
• Involve & take leadership in other Inv Management projects from time to time as necessary:

• Review manufacturing lead time across different products and Factories and drive improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Top colleges in India
• Strong communications skills in oral & written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including managers, subject matter experts, and customers
• Aptitude for analytics, systematic problem solving by paying attention to details
• Strong Industrial Engineering background preferred. 1 - 2 years in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing environment
• Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Tableau, Advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Python etc.
