Title: Senior Employee Experience Specialist
Reporting to: Head of HR, India

You will be responsible for designing and delivering an unparalleled employee journey that drives motivation, loyalty, and productivity. This role reports to the Head of HR, India, and will work from our Pune campus in a flexible hybrid model comprised of 2 days working from the office and 3 days working remotely.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Partner with the Corporate Employee Experience team and design a regional strategy and work plans in alignment with Corporate Guidelines
• Drive Employee Experience plans, including events, celebrations, health and wellness activities, holidays, divisional team fun days, happy hours and more. This role involves end-to-end design and execution at our Pune and Mumbai sites
• Lead community related activities that enable our employees to give back to the community: volunteering for different associations and initiatives, arranging donations and more
• Manage employee perks, including lifecycle gifts, recognition plans, sport & health programs, company engagement campaigns and more
• Interface with inter-organizational stakeholders and with external suppliers
• Build and lead cross-organizational employee work teams to take part in shaping the employee experience
• Guide and support HRBPs with their unit\'s Employee Experience plans
• Review existing practices and come up with new ideas / initiatives which will enhance Employee Experience across the employee lifecycle
• Manage the effective utilization of morale / wellbeing budget
• Partner with Internal Communications to develop creative and engaging social media content, to promote NICE as an employer of choic

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Employee Experience champion in a best-in-class organization
• Academic degree in HR, Marketing, or other related field
• Creativity and originality of thought, a commitment to bringing fun and innovative ideas
• Strong project management skills and first-class execution skills
• Good knowledge of market trends, social media, and networking platforms
• Excellent event planning and organizing skills - need to be able to take an initiative from ideation to execution, while being \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and high service orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, passionate, and self-driven, with high energy and high standards
