Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture C-suite/executive relationships in hospitality ecosystem.
  • Provide product enhancement feedback based on market/customer needs to the internal organization.
  • 60-70% travelling involved.
  • Strong exposure to the Hospitality & Travel ecosystem in the India & MEA region.
  • Active engagement with key decision-makers from Hospitality Industry Operators in the India & MEA for RateGain's Hospitality products.
  • Work Along with the assigned sales team resources and develop a wider coverage of hospitality client engagements across the Indian Sub-Continent & MEA.
  • Pursue large-scale "top-down" opportunities at the Brand, Ownership and Management levels
  • Develop GTM for each key-account and work with marketing and client services to execute property-level lead generation strategy.
  • Solidify/support corporate relationship to expanding the relationship (up and cross)
  • Hunt new relationships within organization and uncover new relationships at new large chains/groups
  • Implement best practice sales management and sales processes.
  • Lead the development of key Sales and Marketing materials (e.g. standard client presentation, elevator pitch, collateral sheet, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other Functional Heads and the Executive Team to build strong organic revenue growth and a high-performance sales organization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning and trends.
  • Assess and pursue new targeted industry verticals and markets by strategically building relationships with key influencers to penetrate and win business.
  • Provide input to new innovative service and product development activities.
Requirements:
  • 10 - 15 years' experience with significant time spent in hospitality/Saas Sales; Team Handling Experience; SGTM Strategy and execution; Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients
  • Experience with building new strategic relationships
  • Proven strong track record for achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Well organized, able to multi-task and prioritize.
