Role Description

ncedo\'s Product Engineering Vertical is a forerunner into cutting edge technologies combining deep domain
expertise along with new age digital transformations to solve the most complex problems of our clients in
Communication, Hi-Tech, Industrial, Cyber Security and Software domains.

We are looking for a leader who shall replicate the same PE capabilities in horizontal and bring domain expertise in
one or more of Incedo\'s industry vertical of business (LS/HC, BFS, Telecom), solve client business problems and
identify new opportunities for the client.
Candidate is expected to build and drive Incedo\'s Product Engineering Horizontal practice capability, and team
growth and will play a key leadership and technical oversight role for the newly formed Horizontal

Technical Skills

Build and develop strong PE capabilities, drive customer engagements, project deliveries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with Presales for new business growth within Product Engineering as a horizontal \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate will be responsible to partner with onsite and offshore technology leads and develop strong community of practice across Product Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage programs and engagements from resource mobilization to first contact to final delivery and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management to ensure customer delight. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to support pre-sales with solutioning, analyst community and marketing team for growth and new business opening \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to a great work environment by providing exemplary leadership and by mentoring our engineering talent, and emerging leaders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategically hire outstanding talent that can work in high performing teams and deliver results for the business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate effectively across the organization including client leadership to ensure that the team is completely aligned to the business objectives and can do the job effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers and other key stakeholders that can help smoothen execution \xe2\x80\xa2 Interface with Clients across geographies to create customised software solutions around existing or new products.

Qualifications

Must have experience of setting up Engineering engagements from scratch. \xe2\x80\xa2 18-20 Years of experience in core R&D, software development, QA, deployment, and field support with at least 7 years of experience in driving product teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Expert technical knowledge of backend languages for Java related technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep understanding of software engineering principles and process (Agile) along with the ability to apply this knowledge to product roadmap execution at a release level \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have a strong sense of software quality, KPIs and quality improvement metrices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build things from scratch as well as legacy product modernization \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated capability to independently lead product teams of 50-100 engineers, establish vision, define goals, career plans, succession, and progression. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have successfully built and established competency development programs and reskilled teams in line with client and product requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have worked on core products and in services industry as well \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be a self-starter, go-getter and should have a strong sense of ownership with the zeal to collaborate with clients to achieve joint success. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong recruitment skills with proven experience in defining & evaluation key skills (technical, interpersonal)
