Director/ Senior Director - Data Engineering
We are looking for a Data Engineering Leader for a leading data engineering services and AI consulting company that is backed by top VC firms in India.
Responsibilities:
- The role will be an integral part of the core group which will work towards the growth of the company.
- The incumbent will lead a team to build a highly scalable and extensible big-data team that provides the foundation for collecting, storing, modelling, and analyzing massive data sets from multiple channels.
- Leveraging thought leadership to design solutions that solve complex problems for customers, hence growing accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities (IIT/NIT Preferred)
- 15+ year track record of relevant work experience
- Development and support experience in Big Data domain
- Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining Big Data solutions
- Experience with database modelling and development, data mining and warehousing.
- Experience with Hadoop ecosystem Dynamic leader who has directly managed large teams in fast paced work environment
- Good Understanding of enterprise grade technologies.
- Strong leadership skills & Strong project management skills with experience of delivering high quality projects on time.
- Experience in building, leading & managing large multi-engineer projects and mentoring top-notch engineers
