Team Overview
The position in discussion is with the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) in the Transformation Office at KGS, which is KPMGs global delivery center and an integral part of the firms strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability.
The SPMO team is a group of highly skilled and qualified professionals based in Gurgaon. The team typically conceptualizes and drives Program Management (PMO), Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics, Cost Optimization and Transition Management for internal customers in KGS and for KPMG member firms, globally.

Principal Accountabilities
Program Management: To lead and manage strategic programs & projects, pertaining to technology implementation, process improvement, program management, by liaising with various Functions and Business Units in KGS. The candidate should also be able to successfully deliver complex high impact projects for KGS, that deliver tangible benefits to stakeholders.
Data Analytics & Visualization: To analyze and interpret business data and turn them into meaningful and actionable insights, that can offer ways to optimize costs in KGS, thus positively affecting business results. The candidate should be well versed in collection and interpretation of business data, analyze results, identify patterns and trends in data sets, and present the findings to senior stakeholders in KGS.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure that strategic programs & projects are in alignment with overall business transformation objectives and timelines, and to advise and support stakeholders in Business Units and Functions in undertaking business transformation programs & initiatives.
Responsible for the delivery of projects under his/her purview in accordance with the KGS approach towards project management, including taking the lead in the crafting of feasibility studies, business cases, white papers, etc.
Use statistical tools to interpret financial data sets, while focusing on crystallizing trends and patterns that could be valuable for optimizing costs in KGS. In addition, identify business areas in KGS to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant financial data of KGS and drawing from industry best practices. Also, create data dashboards, graphs and their visualization.
Ensure appropriate linkages with other projects and initiatives within the business transformation landscape in KGS and confirm that appropriate ownership is taken of risks and dependencies between projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements
Education background
MBA from a reputed B-School in India or overseas.
Graduate / Engineering background (BSc, BSc Statistics, B.E, etc.).
Power BI and Excel Macros (Mandatory).
PMP Certification (Preferred).
