Job Objective

To continuously bring new process and system level innovations that ensure successful and smooth functioning of the systems to help catalyze and improve business performance



In this role, you will:

• Work with the vendor technical team to implement the required changes in the application.
• Be responsible for providing Solution and workflow design for change and enhancement requests raised by NAV users.
• Develop data migration tools for migrating customer\'s data into NAV.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure team for SQL server database management & BCP, DR processes for the business applications as per the audit recommendations and best practices.
• Be involved in development of customizations to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (AL and C/AL).
• Debugging user issues and performance optimization of the application by creating support code documentation.

Required Skills

• Techno-functional knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV 2016.
• Experience in managing enterprise applications backend, especially on Microsoft Dynamics platform (Navision) and their integrations with other applications.
• Working experience in developing NAV reports with SQL layout.

• Should have handled and worked in cross functional teams of sales, finance and technology professionals both internal and external (vendor(s)).

• Understand business processes and map them to ERP and implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL Server setup and queries for data extraction, reporting as per business requirements and DB tuning.
