Job Description

Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new requirements Design, develop and deploy web-based reports and data analysis capabilities using SQL Server and the Microsoft BI Suite (Integration, Analysis and Reporting Services 2008 or higher) Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of the data warehouse system through the entire data lifecycle, from data modeling and capture to interactive reporting and other data views Responsible for data warehouse system architecture, including design of dimensions/measures, ETL, data stores and OLAP cubes Author and modify complex SQL queries for standard and ad-hoc reporting needs Review, evaluate and recommend current and future reporting system needs What we\'re looking for: At least 4 years of experience designing and developing reporting solutions, within a significantly-sized data warehouse based BI system Strong skills and experience with Microsoft BI Suite 2008 or higher (Reporting Services (SSRS), Analytical Services (SSAS), and Integration Services (SSIS)) Significant experience designing and developing fast ETL using the optimal combination of out-of-the-box SSIS components, C# .NET class libraries, ADO.NET and T-SQL Strong data modelling, design and analytical skills, including ability to work through data quality issues Proven ability to write complex SQL queries Entrepreneurial spirit and strong drive to innovate, and to deliver solutions Experience in other data warehouse and business intelligence tools & technologies would be a plus (such as Cognos, Teradata, Vertica, SAS, Tableau, etc) Experience in big data and cloud-based data warehousing solutions would be a plus (such as Hadoop, AWS Redshift, etc) Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, paired with strong business acumen and extreme attention to detail Ability to prioritize and work independently and professionally, in a fast-paced agile environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Here\'s what\'s on the table: 12 Casual Leaves, 12 Sick Leaves & 15 Vacation/Privileged Leaves Gratuity is a gratuitous payment due to an employee after 5 years continuous years of service PF contribution is paid on the actual basic - 12% Group Medical Insurance (family floater covering 8 dependents) & Personal Accident Policy of 10L each per annum.
