CODST CRM Technology team is looking for an experienced Senior Application Manager.

We are looking for an avid technologist who -
Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of development methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information .
Provide vital function in bridging between Business and technology, partner with stakeholders, product owners and other relevant teams.
Responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Have experience in delivering multiple projects involving Data warehousing, strong knowledge of ETL Tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
Strong Business Intelligence skills -experience in providing solution using one or more BI Tools Tableau, MicroStrategy, OBIEE.
Have strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills, communicate across diverse audience across all levels of organization.

Strong problem solving, time management and organization skills.
Fluent in Data warehouse and relational database concepts and hands on knowledge of SQL and Data Modelling

You have 8 years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in delivering Data warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions.
You have experience/exposure working with financial products from both technical and functional perspective. Good to have exposure with Trade and Treasury products.
You are expert in logical thinking and coding.
You are expert in DB, Oracle/SQL Server, SQL Programming, SSIS
You are expert in BI Tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, OBIEE
You are expert in ETL tools, Talend, Autosys
You have working experience in DB Performance fine-tuning and troubleshooting
You have experience working with Efficiency Tools JIRA, Bitbucket, uDeploy
You have experience in exhaustive business process, data analysis & reporting.
You have an ability to lead analysis tracks and deliverables to closure through proactive follow-ups and timely reporting.
You have an ability to identify the risks and managing them effectively
You possess advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization.
You have experience in SDLC methodologies- Agile/Iterative
You have ability to provide end to end solution to Business requirement using efficient use of existing tech stack and team skillset.
You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible
You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions
You are an avid learner with an ability to adapt and lead team to adapt and remain effective with changing tech and Business Strategy.

On a typical day here is what you could do -
You will provide technical and business supportfor users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
You will impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results, participate in budget management, and handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
You will manage, maintain and supportapplications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Business stakeholders providing regular status update, discuss Business problems, challenges, objectives and solutioning.
You will ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, best practices, standards and processes are executed and followed correctly.
You will contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas
You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisionsare made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
Education:
Bachelors degree /B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
