The Compliance Operations Data Analytics team is looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative Business Intelligence Engineer who is passionate about behavioural data and realtime insights generation. We need people who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, who demonstrate a high sense of ownership, and who want to have fun while they make history.
In this position, you will be a key contributor and sparring partner, developing analytics and insights that global operations management teams and business leaders will use to run their business and shape forward looking strategies.
Key job responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to design and develop scalable, user-friendly processes and dashboards on Amazon QuickSight
Learn and understand a broad range of Amazons data sources and know how, when, and what to use and what not to use
Develop models and statistical analyses depending on the problem and insight required
Use AWS technologies and programming to improve our data pipelines
Regular communication (both verbal and written) with internal business and technical teams for requirements gathering, progress update and closure

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS *3 years relevant experience in financial/business analysis
* Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
* Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
* Experience with Python, SQL and Excel
* Experience with building ETL pipelines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with AWS technologies like Amazon RedShift, S3 and data pipelines etc.
* 2 year of coding experience with modern programming or scripting language primarily Python
* Experience building data products incrementally and integrating and managing datasets from multiple sources
