JLL\xe2\x80\x99s, Work Dynamics Technology \xe2\x80\x93 Data Governance team is a newly established central organization that oversees JLLT data platforms, data products for our internal and external clients. We are seeking data governance professionals to work with JLLT colleagues around the globe in providing guidance and services for data governance, data structure and data quality solutions for JLL enterprise and all future JLLT products.

Data Quality and Governance Analyst will be recommending Data Governance solutions to Work Dynamics Clients and Accounts and will be working with Transition Teams to effectively implement them according to defined priorities. The individual in this role will also document the current environment and business requirements for recommended enhancements.

Senior Data Quality and Governance Analyst

As a Data Quality and Governance Analyst\xe2\x80\x93 Work Dynamics Technology, you will be directly responsible for performing the analysis and documenting data requirements for the new clients and accounts, using Transition Data Enablement framework. This role combines project management, stakeholder management, data governance and data management capabilities and requires the ability to quickly understand and explore various data models, evaluate, and document business processes, and communicate findings and recommendations with account / transition leadership / client. This role is based in the APAC Region. This position will report to APAC&EMEA Data Transition Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Work Dynamics Technology in JLLT.

Specifically, this position will

Define cross-business data structures related to key data classes identified for the transitioning client.

Lead end-to-end data workstream by defining the project plan, dependencies, timelines and providing regular status updates to Transition Team.

Coordinate data requirements gathering process and develop the data requirement documents.

Perform Data Quality Assessment on client/incumbent data based on JLL data quality standards in transition mode.

Consolidate attributes and standardize attributes against JLL mapping.

Review existing data standards, classify these standards, define, and record relevant attributes, and document the data standards and communicate with the account team and the client.

Responsible for documentation of business processes and standard operations related to Transition Data Enablement service.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

2 or more years of experience in querying data through SQL and experience working with SQL Server.

4 or more years of related experience in related industry; commercial real estate management preferred.

5 or more years of data management related experience such as Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality any process and procedure design to ensure they tie into regulatory ask.

2 or more years of business analyst related activities including gathering and developing comprehensive business requirements and developing implementation strategies.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex, global organization with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments. Ability to effectively work and communicate across organizational lines.

Able to work with large amount of data to compare current workflow/process/procedure map into changes in regulatory requirement, etc.

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Information Management, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.

Relationship management skills that include excellent listening and consultative capability, the ability to influence and negotiate with business and technology partners to drive change, and the ability to take a broad perspective and make key connections

Demonstrated information management, analytics, and data profiling skills. Relevant experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation will be helpful.

Understanding of global organizational design and the ability to shape and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs around people, technology, processes, and tools.

Demonstrated ability for strategic influencing and education of cross-functional stakeholders about the strategic importance and value of data governance

Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the overall information and analytics space

Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong negotiation and group facilitation skills; ability to move a process forward, while meeting the needs of a variety of clients.

Excellent collaboration, influence, and leadership skills. Ability to work with various levels of peers including analysts, developers and executives regarding complex business and data related issues

Excellent managerial skills; collaborative, imaginative, resourceful, reliable, technically savvy.

Apply listening and consultative skills to understand business needs; be able to interpret requirements, identify impacts and analyze problems to determine impacts to business processes across the organization. Professional consulting skills are desired.

Superior ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using technology. Articulate the issues and resolutions via business-friendly communications. Serve as primary day-to-day contact for regional data management issues

Good understanding of data quality management. Knowledge of data governance and how it impacts business processes.

Knowledge of data management in a global environment, including data lifecycle and maintenance processes.

Ability to work well under deadlines, ability to work in a multi-tasking production environment to make good judgments about competing priorities.

Ability to tell a story to explain or sell a concept. Skills in MS Visio, Word and PowerPoint is a plus
