Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust data pipelines that collect, process, and store data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and streaming data. \xe2\x97\x8f Data Transformation: Implement data transformation and cleaning processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability. \xe2\x97\x8f Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data availability and performance, and implement necessary security and access controls. \xe2\x97\x8f ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes: Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouses or other storage solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f Data Integration: Integrate data from different systems and sources to create a unified and accessible data environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Data Architecture: Contribute to the design and maintenance of data architecture, including schema design and data modelling. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning for data pipelines and databases to ensure data accuracy and availability. \xe2\x97\x8f Data Security: Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data engineering processes, procedures, and systems. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other teams to understand data requirements and provide support for their data-related needs.
