About the role#JLLTechAmbitionsJLL is looking for a Senior ETL Developer for designing Extract, Transform, and Load architecture while maintaining and enhancing the existing ETL. A focus of this role will be assessing current processes and recommending how to automate or enhance using various tools and methods. Database design and query performance optimization is necessary. This person must have 7-10 years of recent experience in the fields of ETL design and development, data management and/or Application Development and Support. This person will become part of an Agile Business Intelligence team (Located in the USA) working under the direction of the technical lead and closely with a business analyst, project manager and product owner. This team interfaces with multiple internal teams and occasionally external vendors. The right person will be a critical thinker, and adaptable to change and juggling multiple work priorities.Responsibilities

• Functionally lead team of data engineers to deliver data solutions in Agile manner while mentoring junior-level data engineers.
• Contributes to the design of information infrastructure, and data management processes to move the organization to a more sophisticated, agile and robust target state data architecture.
• Develop systems that ingest, cleanse and normalize diverse datasets, develop data pipelines from various internal and external sources and build structure for previously unstructured data.
• Manage and maintain the Infra Analytics platform comprising of several technologies including custom built ingestion code written in C# and Azure environment.
• Manage and maintain a suite of dashboards developed in Tableau and PowerBI.
• Manage and maintain the Infra Analytics Portal developed in .NET MVC framework.

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a data developer using Python, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Azure SQL Server, Cosmos DB/Mongo DB, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Search etc.
• Solid Experience in design, development and analytics using SQL Server, MSBI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and Azure Databricks.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience of managing a team of developers.
• Solid Experience of Object Orientated Programming concepts using C#.
• Solid experience in ASP.NET MVC architecture and embedding Tableau and PowerBI dashboards into it.
• Experience in developing dashboards using both Tableau and PowerBI.
• Extensive experience developing in Python.

• Leading sourcing discovery and inception workshops as teams determine future needs.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done.
• Self-starter and motivator and ability to work in team and solo.
• Flexibility in working during America time zone - Evening shift (2pm-11pm) in Bangalore.
• Ability to be accessible online to the team (Microsoft Teams) during their shift and able to attend key Sprint related ceremonies and use video conferencing from time to time.
