Role in nutshell:
Driving customer advocacy, you will assist clients to realize value from BrowserStack\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio, and help them use our products to meet their goals. You will drive engagement with customers at key points in the customer journey to get them onboarded and adopted on our products.
Desired experience:
3 -7 years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing role at a software company, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
Highly efficient in \xe2\x80\x98orchestration & forecasting\xe2\x80\x99 - manage a portfolio of multiple projects running simultaneously (like a program manager)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Good technical aptitude
Preferable to have experience working with the US/EU market
Flexible to work in shifts
What will you do?
Manage, own and prioritize a large pool of key accounts for the \xe2\x80\x98Land & Expand\xe2\x80\x99 strategy
Ensure success in terms of product onboarding, adoption, customer retention/growth
Partner with Account Executives (Sales) to maximize account growth opportunities by playing a collaborative role on the account team and helping to drive incremental mid-year or renewal opportunities
Uncover and address any risk \xe2\x80\x98pre-emptively\xe2\x80\x99 that threatens your customer\'s growth, satisfaction, or renewal; conceive and execute mitigation plans for all risks
Deliver demos, and webinars whenever required
