Qualification: Vis-com /Fine Art Graduate Preferred. Experience: 5+ Years Salary: 50000 above (Based on experience) Skill: Color theory, Typography, Creative Designing Location: Chennai : Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to, digital advertisements, branding materials, websites, social media graphics, print collateral, and more. Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand guidelines across all design projects to maintain brand integrity. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, developers, and other team members to bring design concepts to life and ensure they align with project objectives. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality work is delivered. Creative Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate the design process. Client Interaction: Engage with clients as needed to understand their design requirements and provide design solutions that meet their expectations. Quality Assurance: Review and approve final designs to ensure they meet quality standards and are error-free. Budget Management: Assist in budget management by estimating design project costs and tracking expenses as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a creative designer in a professional setting. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design work. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and guiding junior designers. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (optional).
