Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Job Summary The candidate should have extensive experience with the user centered design (UCD) process and experience in designing transactional or complex B2B or enterprise applications. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of information architecture, mastery of user interface design, and strong visual design sensibility. Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills.
A portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs
Extensive and up-to-date domain knowledge (Mobile/web) to understand stated requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Detailed understanding of layout, information design, interaction design patterns, and usability principles
Job Responsibilities
Leading all design activities from inception to execution and launch.
Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution
Develop high level and detailed wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design
Create design frameworks and design system guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes
Collaborate with designers and PMs to shape the product
Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
Fully own multiple projects and work autonomously at times.
Mentor other designers in the team and motivate them to achieve excellency.
Contribute to the development of the design team\xe2\x80\x99s culture and quality standards.
Always stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies
Strong hands-on expertise using UX and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Sketch, Figma etc.
Leveraging product data and market research to identify opportunities for both new products and existing feature improvements
Education and Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Product Designer and substantial experience in the IT industry.
BFA / MFA /B.Des/M.Des degree in design or equivalent (e.g. interaction, visual communications.
Knowledge of Product Design, Design Thinking and Usability Principles is a must.
Understanding and application of design research would be a plus
Proficient in quick prototyping. Keywords
