Job Description

Hiring for a Business Analyst role with minimum 3 years of experience in larger business analysis, documenting user stories, strong business acumen and IRM tool exposure.

Location - Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities-

Participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions..

Support the month-end close process and help resolve for issues raised by system execution team.

Mitigate for issues resulting from project testing cycles and recommend a permanent solution.

Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.

Support the development of solutions and monitor the velocity of the team.

Support test quality assurance activities and user acceptance tests.

Requirements-

5+ years of system administration knowledge in any simple or complex databases, and system applications.

Experience with system configuration of business rules

Experience with building system reports and extracts through use of programming language or configuration

Background in building technical solutions and interim solutions / short-term fixes

Working experience in advanced MS Excel is required.

Experiences to work in Scrum or Agile mode
