ROLE: Senior Consultant - SAP CRM ROLE DESCRIPTION Indepth expert knowledge in the field of requirements and process analysis as well as implementation based on SAP CRM or SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Professional experience in the implementation of CRM systems eg C4C, C4S and C4MBasic SAP CRM Knowledge Partner Functions, Organizational Management, Partner Management, Agent inbox. All the basic configuration related to WEBUI and IC. Strong Analytical Skills. Ensure SAP best practices are adhered to while operating the CRM systemsOptimize usage of CRMC4S modules in Vodafone Proposal for CRMC4S redesign for performance improvement as appropriate Extensive experience in IT implementation projects either as a project member or as a Team Lead. Specialist for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and know the configuration possibilities of the relevant modules as well as their extensibility by means of customer specific development of the SAP standard Extended their knowledge with regard to the newly released releases of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Performs tasks involved in implementation of SAP solution as per customer requirements using a predefined methodology Responsible for participation in business workshops with the customer, analyze the business processes and provide a technical design of the identified solution Establish relationships with customer and to deliver timely, high quality consulting services Develop functional as well as technical design based on the business requirements and to be able to translate the same into project deliverables Effectively manage and lead a project teams ensuring successful delivery The team member should possess sound knowledge in SAP core areas of Customer Relationship Management CRM like FIC ,EIC and VIC.
