As Senior Communications Analyst, you will support our efforts to build a strong internal and external brand that brings to life our employee value proposition and highlights our work, our organizational culture and our values. This is a Hyderabad-based role that requires you to work directly with the Senior Communications managers and Head of Brand & Communications, as well as with key stakeholders in some of our core business function teams. You will be primarily responsible for supporting our branding and communications activities, including coordination of events and town halls, content management, writing and editing for our intranet portal, and reporting on performance analytics of our social media and internal campaigns. A proven multi-tasker, you can prioritize workstreams based on urgency and strategic importance to deliver results. This is a terrific opportunity for hands-on learning in a fast-paced, high energy environment, and taking initiative in a growing team. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be effective at managing their time and priorities, and be proactive and enthusiastic about envisioning and actioning new ideas, always looking for ways to improve experience, content, and delivery.
