As Senior Communications Analyst, you will support our efforts to build a strong internal and external brand that brings to life our employee value proposition and highlights our work, our organizational culture and our values. This is a Hyderabad-based role that requires you to work directly with the Senior Communications managers and Head of Brand & Communications, as well as with key stakeholders in some of our core business function teams. You will be primarily responsible for supporting our branding and communications activities, including coordination of events and town halls, content management, writing and editing for our intranet portal, and reporting on performance analytics of our social media and internal campaigns. A proven multi-tasker, you can prioritize workstreams based on urgency and strategic importance to deliver results. Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications, you will coordinate communications campaigns, events or projects from start to finish, ensuring that these are aligned to our strategy, our goals and objectives, and our brand principles.
  • You will create content for and manage our organization\'s intranet portal, including content and visual identity. You will identify new ways to improve upon the user interface and user experience, taking stakeholder inputs and feedback and collaborating with the development teams to implement new features, content and sections on the site.
  • You will create, write and/or copy edit content for the intranet portal and for social media posts adapted to meet specific audience needs, while remaining consistent with our brand voice and values. Liaising with internal stakeholders, designers and agencies/vendors, you will obtain the necessary reviews and approvals to finalize the deliverable(s).
  • Working with the External Communications team and with agencies, you will aggregate analytics and report on the performance of social media campaigns, suggesting new ways to improve engagement.
  • You will monitor internal communications and ensure that collaterals being distributed through our channels are consistent with our brand guidelines, policies, voice and values.
  • You will manage key operational aspects for the team, including monitoring our pipeline and deadlines for deliverables, managing content and displays for our internal branding efforts, creating feedback surveys and polls, disseminating content as needed, maintaining our digital properties and archives, and educating stakeholders, partners and vendors on our brand guidelines.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Arts or Science, and a journalism communications, multi-media, marketing or equivalent diploma or degree
  • Experienced in working with online tools, basic coding, and working with content management systems for websites.
  • Proven excellence in writing in English and communicating for a B2B audience.
  • At least 4 years of overall corporate communications experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate communications frameworks and methodologies, with a portfolio of materials such as press releases, news stories, short articles and announcements.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with new media and multi-media, such as creating podcasts, short videos, and content management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), and fluency with web analytics and tracking tools.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, ability to understand stakeholders\' requirements and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive and solution-focused.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time, costs, and deadlines, maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional approach to managing stakeholders and competing priorities
This role requires a writing portfolio to be shared along with the application, and a writing test post-interview.
