Job Description

Must possess excellent skills of Team Management for multiple projects at multiple locations.1. Successful Project Site execution, functioning and carrying out the survey, erection, installation, commissioning and servicing activities.2. Shall be responsible for entire Installation and commissioning \ construction management activities at all the project sites.3. Ensuring implementation of safety norms for entire team working at all the project sites.4. Proper closure and handing over of the project sites to the customer/end-user.5. Completion of Erection, Installation and commissioning of Integrated Fire, Gas, Flame Detection Systems at various project Sites.6. Manpower management at various sites including temp manpower required at project sites.7. Outstanding Project Planning, Monitoring Project Progress, Ensuring Cost Control and planning resulting smooth cash flow.8. Establishing, Scheduling, Prioritizing, Assigning and Managing Project execution activities.9. Selection of manpower required for projects like supervisors, engineers, sub contractors, labours etc.10. Purchase/Procurement of material required at project sites as and when required.11. Well versed with Safety Procedures and norms at construction Sites, Indian Electricity Rules and statutory regulations for installation in process plant.12. Time to time reporting of all the Project Sites to management, concern customer's officials and ensure smooth running of the project sites.13. Coordinating with HO, internal departments like Sales & Service, Procurement and Production.14. Ensure timely completion of projects that meet customer's specifications and business needs.15. Responsible right from the process execution to getting payment in time.16. Should possess good knowledge of all type of taxes, Bank Guarantees, LD clauses, Insurance, commercial terms and conditions.17. Monitoring the quality of work being executed at site so as to match the requirements of the client.Requirements: First class degree/diploma holders in Instrumentation/Electronics engineering having 4-5 years relevant experience. B Sc Electronics/Instrumentation candidates with relevant experience can also apply.

• Should have experience in executing integrated F & G Systems, Smoke, Fire and Flame Detection Systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems, PLC SCADA based Systems etc.
• Must have willingness to travel PAN India Projects sites and staying at site for longer period.
• Coordinating with internal departments like sales, Procurement and Production.
• Ensure proper Installation and commissioning of the Systems.
• Handling various sites simultaneously by using laptop and mobiles etc and keeping track of the same.
• Getting daily reports from the site and updating clients and Management regarding the development.
• Must possess ability to understand all the aspects of project management like technical, commercial etc.
• Must have good knowledge of all type of taxes, Bank Guarantees, LD clauses, Insurance, commercial terms and conditions.
• All attendance registers, overtime details, statutory requirement of labour, PF should be taken care of in systematic manner.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• commissioning of Gas, Fire Detection Systems: 4 years (Preferred)
• Project Execution in Oil & Gas industry application: 4 years (Preferred)
• commissioning of Safety Instrumented Systems: 4 years (Preferred)
