This space is largely untapped with less than 10% of MSMEs having access to working capital loans from financial institutions. Learn more about us: https://udaan.com/ Role Description: Function: Credit Sub Function: Collections Location: Delhi Reports to: Zonal Collections Team Composition: Direct team of 5-7 cluster collections and an indirect team of 100-140 field executives Travel Frequency: 8 to 10 days every month
Job Responsibilities Managing the operations for the cluster with the team of cluster collections managers and field executives. Ensuring collections of dues for the overall cluster. Responsible for improvement of the credit portfolio in the cluster by improving collections. Recruiting, coaching and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.
KRAs & KPIs of the role Collection targets achieved across due months for the cluster. Balance operational cost against collections. Timely completion of cluster operational activities. Timely identification of customer disputes. Ensuring adequate manpower presence on field - hiring against open positions. Training, coaching and performance incentivisation of cluster collections managers and field executives.

Interpersonal and Negotiation skills: Establish favorable relationships with the loan defaulters and navigate complex day to day operations and negotiations. Team Management: Drives closure on targets and projects with team. Decision making: Drive specific process efficiency metrics and be accountable to drive data-driven decision making. Communication Skills: Excellent communication - both verbal and written.
Candidate Profile Educational background: Graduate (full-time); MBA preferred Must have 8-11 Yrs (Graduate) or 6-8 Yrs (MBA) of demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior work experience in BFSI industry preferred. Must have experience in managing large teams of at least 100 – 150 Field Executives. Must demonstrate qualities of enthusiasm, ambition and amicability. Must have a basic understanding of MS Office.
