Hiring for Multiple locations Responsibilities

• Assist in designing the menu as per the concept given by the executive chef, make standard recipes
• Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner
• Allocate work to subordinates, observe the working methods and productivity of assigned staff, assist them, and coordinate with senior staff to provide them with the necessary training.
• Assist subordinates to meet the special needs of the guest
• Assist with daily kitchen prep work and station set-up prior to service
• Ensure adequate inventory and raw material supplies
• Ensure menu and kitchen compliance as per SOPs
• Supervise and inspect all cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order
• Adherence to the code of conduct, safety policies and values of the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in the culinary arts
• 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
• Dedicated to food quality and control
• Incredible food preparation abilities
• Incredible attention to detail and creativity in presenting food.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
• Incredible time management skills
• Ability to pass a background test
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
