Job Summary
Looking for highely motivated senior CDP for an upscale well renoun Kerala cuisine restaurant \'Salt Mango Tree\' in Bangalore. Salt Mango Tree has received various awards in Food space such as Times Food award for Best Kerala Restaurant for 4 years now. Its been nominated as one of the Pin-up places in Bangalore by the GQ magazine. Responsibilities and Duties 1) Food preparations keeping the cost controls 2) Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis 3) Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef 4) Maintaining station cleanliness and hygiene 5) Managing Inventories including receiving stock. 6) Food innovation and trials 7) Be a Team player Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 year of experience in South Indian food preparations in the kitchen Benefits
