Hybrid Working We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Introduction: As a Senior Change Assurance Manager you will be expected to seek out areas to continually improve our processes and support peers in the delivery of change assurance. You will drive Change Assurance impact assessments across BUK COO Operations teams, including management of key stakeholders to ensure change lands right first time, every time. Ensuring that all project deliverables that support business readiness are produced by the project to a high standard and timed to support business rollout. With consideration for the customer and colleague journey is considered at every point in the project lifecycle and change embeds in the Operations What will you be doing . Responsible for providing change assurance across a portfolio of medium-high complexity and/or impact change initiatives . Support Head Change Assurance in delivering the Change Assurance Framework to Stakeholders . Ensure that effective relationships are built and maintained with all stakeholders, providing key updates where necessary . Champions the colleague journey and ensures the appropriate training, communications and business change materials are available to support implementation . Representing the Change Assurance Team upon receipt of new Change Requests. Liaising with Project contacts to obtain further information/clarity . Ensures project success factors are assessed against the expected benefits as outlined in the business case. Identify what the initiative is looking to achieve and review its impact across a number of KPI's (i.e. Customers, Colleagues, Technology, Processes) and the aggregate change plan . Contributes to the maintenance and accuracy of the BUK COO Ops deployment plan, ensuring the plan is up-to-date, valid and of an acceptable quality, and that the appropriate information can be interrogated at speed and in a format useful for interpretation and drawing conclusions, . Contributes in the production of the aggregate reporting of change and it's impacts across BUK COO Ops on a regular basis (i.e. Deployment Plan, Roadmap, Change Plans, Activity Calendars) and produces ad-hoc reports as required, tracking its use to ensure it remains fit for purpose and is adding value . Input to the management and development of the Online Initiative Tracker and Framework tools . Responsible for working with projects to ensure the 'Business Readiness' for, any change and support with Boards and Go/No go forums What we're looking for: . Stakeholder management . Problem solving / making judgement, drawing conclusions . Ability to investigate, review and evaluative based on the investigation, evaluation, review of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations from multiple sources . Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, word processing and Project and Programme Management software tools. Skills that will help you in the role: .
