Finance Services Automation platform is a global application in Global Functions Technology built for providing low code automation services. The application is built to automate thousands of manual processes that are required to complete as part of daily/month/quarter-end close process. The FINSAP team is the global center for the creation of automation workflows to help reducing enterprise risk and manual efforts and well supported by teams in NAM, LATAM, APAC (including India) and EMEA. Incumbent is expected to lead a delivery workstream which will be utilizing the platform to digitize the process/EUC. What we can offer:

Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals
• Assure delivery as per agreed quality and time fulfilling GFT commitments. Work with a wide range of project teams and deliver under tight timelines
• Closely monitor project(s) and promptly raise risk and issues. Work with multifunctional teams to manage risk and resolve issues on a timely manner thus ensuring minimal impact to deliverables
• Contribute to formulation of strategies for development and other functional areas
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
• Prepare project plan, monitor progress against the plan, and periodically prepare and distribute operational and strategic reports
• Periodically update project status against key milestones on a project tracking tool
• Analyze data from multiple sources to define project RAG status and highlight current and forecasted risks
• Perform post facto performance analysis, trend analysis to determine trends for completion of tasks, closure of issues etc.
• Forecast inventory requirement for upcoming activities based on the business availability and past trends.
• Adhere to the processes defined by Governance team.
• Work closely with program governance and business teams and ensure that defined standards and guidelines are followed
• Effortlessly manage multi-location coordination across time-zones

Expected Work Experience

• The successful candidate must have 12+ years of experience in areas such as digital transformation, change management, project delivery, project management & reporting

• 8+ years of experience in leading and managing delivery
• Must have at least 4 years of developer experience in his/her career
• Essential to have a deep understanding of project execution and implementation
• Ability to do data analysis to decipher delivery health, velocity tracking insights etc.
• Excellent understanding and practical experience in project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
• Strong experience of working in diverse and inclusive environment

Soft Skills and Competencies:

• Communication and Presentation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with very strong presentation skills
• Independent thinking- ability to work independently with a good experience of working with multiple teams across different geographies
• Flexibility- Candidate should be flexible and open to work to interact with global partners/teams or as per project demand.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Quality- focused on driving quality every time and demonstrates highest attention to detail

Technical Competencies:

• Competent with a range of software and systems, including but not limited to SharePoint Management, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Advance/Expert level in MS Excel is highly desirable
• Experience of preparing powerful and insightful dashboards
• Expertise in JIRA, confluence, MS Smartsheet will be highly desirable

Educational Background:

• 
  Bachelor?s degree

• Masters / MBA will be highly desirable
• Accredited PM certification will be an advantage
