About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator...

In this role, you will:

• Support the operations of a specific business line
• Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
• Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
• Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
• Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
• Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
• Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
• Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
• Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business.
• Responsible for support functions and/or operations/production oversight usually for multiple Lines of Business
• Perform adhoc/special project assignments as necessary
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations using different sources and resources available
• Flexible in taking up new challenges and coming up with new best practice ideas for the benefit of the group
• Foster team relationships with peers and different stakeholders that regularly interact with the department to effectively accomplish the team\'s goals

Required Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or corporate culture.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid to senior level managers
• Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions
• Personal dedication and strong work ethic
• Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multiple assignments, and prioritize one\'s own work
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences.
• Ability to take ownership of the task assigned
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
