Job Description

In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications, US:
4 years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:
Participant in business/process assessments to resolve complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Support the full project lifecycle including current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions
Support business readiness for areas impacted by the change policies/procedures, training and communication
Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members and senior managers
Conduct change impact assessments and create resulting change management plan

Other Desired Qualifications: Experience in tax form validation, withholding and/or reporting
Experience trouble shooting or analytical skills to assess the problems in the tax reporting process
Works independently and achieves results with limited oversight and direction
Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who values personal accountability and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Drive to continuously improve processes for improved performance
Proven ability to gather and generate data as well as conduct relevant investigations where there are deviations from standards
