About the Unit:

The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team at Springer Nature, Pune is responsible for delivering solutions related to Journals and Books Publishing and Production Systems for Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers (STM Publishers) & Education Publishers around the world. Our teams incorporate latest technologies built upon OpenText Documentum/xCP frameworks to streamline and automate production workflows, and maintain metadata for Springer Nature; this helps us to continuously improve business response time and revenue stream. Every project is implemented in a distributed agile environment while continuously collaborating with customers stationed at various locations around the world.

We are presently looking for a Mendix/Java Developer to join our ECM team

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Educational Qualification: B.Sc., BCA, BCS, B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and M.Sc.

Job Location: Tower 9, Magarpatta City, Pune (Working in Hybrid work Model)

Technical Competencies : * Extensive experience in detailed requirements analysis, writing user stories as per end user requirements, and maintaining the product backlog

• Experience in prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from analysis through production with minimal support
• Experience in collaborating with technical teams to refine requirements and provide
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Intermediate experience with logical data modeling
• Experience with gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements
• Experience with modeling business processes using various tools and techniques
• Strong facilitating skills and experience of leading customer workshops
• Experience with Agile good practices (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of behaviour driven development (Gherkin scripts)
• Experience with gap, risk and root cause analysis
• Experience of working with development teams to successfully deliver creative software
• Wireframing and mock-up creation skills using various tools
• Problem tracking experience using various online tools
• Execute sessions on trending industry topics p. Manage, mentor and groom junior member

Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with team members to clarify their queries and amend user stories if required

• Collaborate with customers/users to gather requirements, formulate user stories
• Analyze user stories to provide the necessary information to the development team
• Run structured discussions with development team to explain and estimate the user stories
• Identify & suggest areas of improvement in various projects and functional groups
• Prepare user guides during iterations for the developed user stories
• Conduct/execute UAT sessions
• You will be working as a Senior Business Analyst for one of the ECM Implementation and Enhancement Projects
