Job Description

:

- As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to productize offline launch strategies for Beauty and personal Care brands and implement tactical interventions for portfolio brands.

- Your role will be pivotal in facilitating the growth of our partner brands within physical retail spaces through strategic and tactical interventions.

- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of assisting BPC brands in transitioning from online to offline.

- This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by enabling numerous online-to-offline transitions.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential Beauty & Personal Care brand partners, developing customized offline launch strategies and building strong relationships.

- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Beauty & Personal Care brands, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance for the portfolio.

- Optimize product placement and in-store displays for BPC brands, ensuring alignment with their online identity.

- Plan and execute in-store promotions tailored for Beauty & Personal Care brands, monitoring and adjusting promotion strategies for the portfolio.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, sharing market insights to enhance O2O strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).

- Proven experience in modern trade, brand management, or marketing.

- Experience in guiding BPC brands through the online-to-offline transition.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Creativity and industry awareness.

- Willingness to travel for brand partner meetings and store visits.
