Job Description

Bartender with 3+ years of experience and thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Skilled at mixing unique cocktails for customers in a fast-paced environment. Collaborated on seasonal drink menus with the beverage director at the Sea View Hotel. Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor. Check stock and requisition necessary supplies. Communicate the last call at the designated closing time. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching Food & Beverage Bar associates. (new hires) to mix drinks properly, serve drinks responsibly, and ensure customers are satisfied Work high-volume shifts in both the Infinity poolside Sky Lounge and the fine-dining restaurant (Blue Sapphire). Reconcile receipts at the end of the night using the POS system Conduct monthly inventory and liquor costing of all bar stock with the bar manager Collaborated on seasonal drink menus and invented several lucrative cocktail recipes Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
