In this role, you will be responsible to develop and implement new software, maintain, and improve existing software. Role Responsibilities Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization. Recommend improvements to existing software programs. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure Provide coaching to Junior Associates. Works independently on medium to complex projects. Role Requirements 4 - 8 years of software development experience with focus on software design & development. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud and force.com platform. Hands on experience working with service cloud standard features-Chat, CTI, Entitlements, Omni Channel, Email to case, Webforms etc. Experience working in Apex, Lightning Framework and components (Aura and LWC), Integrations (SF REST API and Composite), Triggers, SLDS, jQuery, Batch, Visual Force, and configurations like Flows, validation rules, Custom Metadata types, profiles, role, sharing rules, workflows/process builders, SFDX etc. on Salesforce.com platform. Must have good knowledge of Agile and Iterative development methodologies and be proficient using JIRA, Confluence, Version Control Systems (e. g. GitLab). Having Platform developer-1 and 2 and any Architect certification will be preferred. Nice to have experience on: Experience in Financial Service cloud. MuleSoft and MuleSoft integration experience.
