Better requires process discipline and simplification

You will be accountable for design and develop and implement new software. Maintain and improve existing software. Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure. Mentor and handhold other junior team members. Work independently on complex projects.

To perform this role, you need 4 to 5 years of hands-on expertise Design, Develop and Deliver solutions involving combinations of any or all the following: TIBCO suite of products (BusinessEvents, EMS) Or any other Middleware tool (like MuleSoft) Or Microservices with Java Spring boot along with cloud technologies. Experience working with Relational and / or NoSQL Database. Experience on Core Java including OOPS, exception handling, Collections Framework, abstraction, inheritance etc. Strong experience in Spring framework including dependency injection, IOC, Springboot etc., experience in containerization. Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude. Knowledge of architecture and design concepts, object-oriented design and techniques. Exposure to design patterns is expected. Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results. Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies. Have proven experience in working with a team of engineers and service providers in a geographically distributed structure. Work with business partners to know their needs and proactively lead them to solutions. Provide solution implementation including system set-ups, development, system and integration testing, and user training. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. Contribute to defining and implementing technology best practices to be shared across development team(s). Ensure solutions designed and develop with performance, resilience, and availability. Provide technical guidance to development team in the implementation and integration of solutions Troubleshooting application issues in a complex code base. Comfortable with a Scrum project management style. Comfortable interacting with customers to solve issues and discuss technical questions. Prior experience with financial domain is a plus.
