Job Title ? Senior Process Specialist - H&W DXO

This role in H&W DXO is an intermediate level job in Data Exchange Operations (DXO). They are in-charge of processing and providing participant?s data received through outbound files to customers i.e. Participant, Carriers, Clients and Vendors. They work for a group of clients and their files. Their files consist of data with greater level of complexity such as Enrollment Elections, Coverage Information and huge participant Data i.e. personal info, employment details, premiums and payroll deductions with higher degree of variances.

The Purpose of This Role

The Healthcare Operations (HCO) handles and coordinates a range of Health and Benefits for corporate Clients. Participants are the employees of clients who are eligible to enroll in H&W benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drugs, Life Insurance, EAP, STD, LTD, AD&D and FSA etc. H&W DXO Team and its associates transmit (either electronically or through the mode agreed with client) participants data i.e. Enrollment, Elections, Coverage Details and any Changes to participant data such as demographics, employment information, premiums and payroll deductions to different parties such as Participants, Carriers, Clients and Vendors. Processing critical files, modifying, reconciliation and sending accurate data to clients per transmission schedule is a daily routine of the associate.

The Value You Deliver

  • Servicing and supporting our customers by analyzing and reconciliation of data files. They will be using customized technical tools, procedures in identifying errors and rely on their decision to work on data when rectifications are required.
  • Assuring the H&W interface files are completed on time and accurate as per plan rules & established procedures based on data from recordkeeping systems by following file processing workflow and correcting files as mentioned in requirements.
  • Representing the process to the key customers; they will find any opportunities to gain efficiency through improvements in process.
  • Adhering to and be accountable for maintaining utilization, efficiency, quality, and control standards.
  • Working with the leads to help supervise the process health, addressing issues and recommending course corrections as and when needed.
  • Prioritizing multiple clients who are identified as highly critical.

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical
  • Adequate computing skills including excellent command over MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of query building/data mining in MS ACCESS; experience in working on ERP is an added advantage
  • Proactive problem solving, issue resolution, research, analysis, reasoning & analytical abilities
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and criticality of operations & project work
  • Expertise in detailed and procedural documentation, email & general writing skills and satisfactory familiarity with analyzing, referring, representing, and visualizing data

Skills that are Key to this Role

  • Excellent English verbal, written and networking skill
  • US Employee Benefits administration experience would be an advantage
  • Healthcare and Insurance/ Claims processing knowledge would be the plus

How Your Work Impacts the Organization

HCO record keeps and coordinates numerous health and insurance benefits for various US corporate Clients. The employees of these clients aka participants of the H&W group who are eligible to enroll in H&W benefits such as Health Care, Medical Care, Dental Care, Vision Care, Prescription Drugs, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programs, Short term Disability, Long Term Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberments, Flexible Spending Accounts etc. Healthcare Operations Unit operates in terms of configuring, maintaining, improving, servicing and providing ongoing support to participants data i.e. Enrollment (Benefit Elections, Insurance Coverage, Cost, Premiums and Payroll Deductions etc.) and any changes to participant demographic data (employment details, personal information, covered/eligible dependents, addresses etc.) for client and to send outbound files through DXO team to different customers by supplying required data to reconcile their systems/records at their ends. DXO team is the final checker and gatekeeper of an outbound data goes out of Fidelity?s doors where in this data is being used by client and their vendors to service their customers.

The Expertise We?re Looking For

  • Experience in Operations (3 to 5 years)
  • Graduate of any field (Candidates with MBA, B.E., B.Tech degrees are not eligible to apply)
  • Minimum 60% attained across all semesters
  • Flexibility to work in 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Shift
