We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Markets Operations: Fixed Income and Equities team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID/REMOTE. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Focus on daily operational workflow and settlements ofFED-eligible securities (US Treasury, Agency, Mortgage-Back securities, TBAs, Repos, Tri-party deals) across multiple systems. Review, action, and report daily TBA margin agreement (MSFTA) calculations with clients Central Stakeholder point of contact for Trading & Sales, Operations, Finance, and Credit/Risk to support and collaborate with all inquiries as relating to all Settlements activity, inventory, and processing. Risk and Control focused to challenge and refine completeness of existing Standard Operating Procedures as well as increase efficiency and automation of daily workflow and processes with an engineer mindset driving innovation. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Bachelor\'s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total relevant work experience preferred. Understanding of Fixed Income products (Fed settling) and their respective matching, settlement, and clearing processes via FICC/non-FICC client (Fixed Income Clearing Corporation) Ability to prioritize, lead discussions, multitask and coordinate objectives among a diversified group of stakeholders to demonstrate a strong sense of proactive ownership and accountability for tasks. Track & troubleshoot complex issues and drive solutions whilst maintaining a strong risk and control focus.
