We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Client Processing to join our Pershing India team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu - HYBRID. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Create new user credentials and respond to user transfer and termination events Assist with management of changes to user access groups and entitlements and ownerships based on requests Perform independent research within business to resolve business issues and process improvements Responsible for reporting and presenting metrics and results to leadership team Drive gap analysis and process improvement of existing processes and tools Monitor unauthorized access to the entitlement systems Engage in projects including weekend support as per business requirement To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Education - Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in science/computers Preferred - Basic knowledge in Investment banking Work Experience - Demonstrated success using IAM process flow, administering IAM, development of workflows and documentation related to IAM Experience in using ServiceNow, Identity and Access Management applications, EMS, Mainframes or other IAM tools Flexible to work in shifts Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Communication Effective team member Critical thinking Identity Management Technology Awareness and Management Meticulous attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Presentation skills Decision-making skills Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and personal accountability when working with sensitive and restricted data At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
