(NASDAQ:RCM) announces the launch of the R1 India Launch Program \xe2\x80\x93 a specialized recruitment program aimed at finance post-graduates who are keen to join the fast-paced healthcare industry. The program will offer selected applicants the tools to build a successful career in revenue cycle management. The program will offer candidates the distinctive opportunity to interact with various business leaders, collaborate on projects, and acquire an understanding of the complex facets of financial operations. Candidates will gain exposure to how R1 delivers value to our customers through RCM Financial Operations, including immersions in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Investor Relations. Program Highlights: \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive onboarding process designed to prepare associates for success in Finance at R1 \xe2\x80\xa2 Paired 1:1 mentorship to build leadership and team skills in addition to providing business insights throughout the duration of the program \xe2\x80\xa2 Quarterly training associated with current business practices and exposure to industry-leading technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Opportunities to collaborate with R1 leaders across various business segments \xe2\x80\xa2 Robust networking, coaching and feedback, mentoring and team building \xe2\x80\xa2 Permanent placement for successful participants at the conclusion of the program \xe2\x80\xa2 Program Associates are full-time R1 employees and will be part of R1\xe2\x80\x99s total rewards package Candidates Can Expect: \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentorship: Associates will be matched with a mentor for the entire program for training and career guidance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Networking: Throughout the program, associates will be provided opportunities for networking with peers, business leaders (including a Speaker Series), and R1 colleagues (including shadow opportunities). \xe2\x80\xa2 Coaching and Feedback: Associates will receive ongoing coaching and feedback from the Launch Program Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Building: Associates will engage in team-building activities with business leaders, and R1 colleagues. Role & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing of financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. This includes collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing trends and projections for the firm\xe2\x80\x99s finances, using appropriate financial systems/mode
