Inviting applications for the role of SA, Complaint Handling Unit EMEA Process In this role, you will be responsible for data downloading, processing and working on various excel based reports. You will be working on Post Market Management and Business Intelligence Tool for various other business requirements. Responsibilities . Download data from PQM and BI and data processing . Translation Management - Downloading and uploading files in TMS . Making CHU Europe Incremental upload of File and upload in Support Central . Updating FE responses in PQM . Running Macro&rsquos in system . Preparing Excel reports . Backlog Management - Sending reminders to FE&rsquos in case of delayed responses . Publishing Weekly Service Record Quality Metrics . Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations . Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies . Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis. . Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment Qualifications Minimum qualifications . Fresher&rsquos are eligible . Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record Preferred qualifications . Previous experience in analytics role . Effective analyzing / understanding skills . Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent . Strong attention to detail.
