Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, LCS & Siebel Migration Support

The person will be working with Complaint Handling and Field teams where the key responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy of the Installed base by verifying whether the serialized components are installed behind the correct System ID. He/she would be required to search the various databases or get in touch with the Field Engineers or Director of Services to get the correct information like GIB, eDHR, GLPROD.

Responsibilities

Working on Healthcare Service invoices with 100% Accuracy - Siebel CRM 8.1

• New Installs (USCAN - DI and Ultrasound)

• SID Create-RSDD
• SID Update-RSDD
• SID Update-ASDD
• Installation SR Creation
• IB Verification (USCAN - DI and Ultrasound)

• Asset Creation
• SR Creation/Assignment
• Manual IB Verification
• Activity Queue

• Siebel Extract

• IB Maintenance SR

• Siebel Extract
• Emails
• Asset Swap SR
• IB Upgrade
• Canada GIB Forms

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, Engineering or related field
• Curiosity is a must. Questioning the controls and evaluating the efficacy of its effectiveness is key to bring in best outcome for the project
• Experience in Supply chain domain

Preferred qualifications

• Graduate in any stream - (B.A Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS office
• Working Knowledge of Computers
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be added advantage
• Ensure 100% adherence to SOP's and compliance rules and regulation.
• Ability to Handle Pressure and work in a US shift environment
