We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Cash Processing/Funds Transfer team. This role is located in Chennai \xe2\x80\x93 Tamil Nadu \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid.

Shift Timings: EMEA (1PM \xe2\x80\x93 10PM)

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • The individual is required to manage day-to-day activities, ensure quality and accuracy for the Cash team is maintain at a high standard.
  • Their role will include processing & releasing payments.
  • Ensure that all SLA/SLD as agreed with key operations areas. MIS reporting & resource management (Training, development & performance management, retention, recognition, etc.).
  • Mentor, Groom and motivate staff so that the best outcome can be derived. Take regular 1o1 to understand process and people problem within function and address them effectively.
  • Keep close watch on customer voice to understand where business is standing and how it can be improved on performance and deliverables.
  • Oversee process trending around exception management, error management, maintain related documents and provide process related enhancement to consistently make process better.
  • Ensure completion of all critical daily controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate & departmental policies, and procedures.
  • Regularly liaise with the Global Partners and Sr. Managers ensuring the client service is at its best.
To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Commerce preferred) Postgraduate in Finance is preferred.
  • 7-9 years of experience in banking services industry. Min. 2 years of People Management experience.
  • Candidate should be flexible to support business in extended hours from office.
  • Technical/ Functional: Awareness on clearing houses in various regions & payment product knowledge, end to end knowledge on payment life cycle, Custody & Accounting workflow. Good understanding of RCSA. Should have good understanding of swift messages and different forms of swifts. Should have an understanding of various market regulations and its impacts. Should possess end to end knowledge of the cash Operations Business as a whole. Work on system migration related projects and process enhancement related projects. Deep drive analysis for Errors & come up with the viable solutions. Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the function.
  • Systems: Proficiency in MS Office (excel, Power Point, Word). Preferred Exposure to cash. Applications will be added advantage. Presentation skills.
  • Professional: Strong verbal and written communication skills, email and meetings etiquettes, Interpersonal Skills. Timely prioritization of process enhancements. Presentation skills are essential. Strong Analytical skills required. Timely escalations and elevation. Effective Change Management. Project Management skills.
  • People management skill: Work allocation, Leave planning, backup planning, conflicts management & capacity planning etc. Ensures Accountability -Takes ownership of the funds. Builds Effective Teams. Developing Partnership. Interview skills, strong in stakeholders, management & engagement. Drives Results.
