Job Description

The Specialist Software Development job manages the development of multiple types or categories of technical architecture and operating systems for running end user applications. Working in partnership with other leaders, this job develops and implements new products, processes, standards and operational plans that directly impact the department. This job is a recognized master in information systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leads complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
• Audits systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Oversees development of key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures.
• Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
• Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.
• Develops complex data modeling and implements advanced project management processes.
• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional service and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
