: Job description Professional to perform all phases of architectural work including understanding client brief, conceptualizing, designing, detailed presentations and design delivery. Ensure high innovativeness and functionality in the design Understand project brief and identify client need and put together feasibility reports and concepts Excellent presentation and communication skill is must to seek client approvals on design Work closely with cross function team of structural designers, MEP engineers and Project managers Manage all the changes efficiently and communicate the design modification effectively Compile project specifications Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project Cooperate and liaise with other professionals Follow architectural trends and advancements Understanding of steel buildings/PEB buildings/Industrial projects will be preferred and will have added advantage Required Candidate profile 4-5 years of experience as an Architect with ability to handle project independently Strong Design portfolio Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar) Strong imagination and the ability to think and create 360 degree Visual awareness and an eye for detail Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from reputed institute
