About this role:
The CRM Analytics Consultant role within the Marketing and Sales Platforms team to support the shared data needs of the front-line CRM capabilities across a variety of Wells Fargo lines of business. The CRM Analytics Consultant is responsible for the lifecycle of all data delivery stories from development of the story through to production. The Analytic Consultant will work closely with the Data Delivery Product Owner and agile teams to deliver value. It also includes working with support partners to ensure continual compliance, security, resiliency, and other outcomes are met in alignment with the products overall strategy and goals.

Management of Data Delivery Stories
Data Analysis
Creation of Mapping Document (Real-Time & Batch)
Test Sample Data
Functional System Design (FSD)
Data Dictionary Updates
Endpoint Documentation (Real-Time)
Real-Time Stories Tracker (Real-Time)

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis

Other Qualifications:
Tools Oracle SQL Developer/Toad,
Intermediate skill level (5 years of experience) writing and modifying moderate to complex MS SQL statements
Proven ability to research complex data issues using MS SQL
Excel/Access DB, Postman
Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture and systems integration experience in Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management
Experience using agile principles, including planning, and estimating with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to partner with Technology and the Business to define and deliver data solutions
Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
Ability to manage small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
