About the Role:

You will be part of the Central Strategy & Operations function and will find yourself working closely with InMobi Ads senior leadership on key strategic and planning initiatives.

This role readies you to take on high value and impact roles down the line as it exposes you to the way that a company works across many domains.

Who you are

  • Analytical. You appreciate a good spreadsheet, are comfortable with big data sets and are meticulous in your metrics. You have a track record of driving actionable insights that result in measurable growth.

  • A Do-er . You are able to execute on complex and ambiguous projects with conviction & good judgement and need minimal guidance & direction.
What will you be doing:
  • Own and drive various Revenue Operations activities including TAM sizing, account segmentation, territory carving, and rep productivity analysis
  • Be a leading voice in compensation strategy & design, owning inputs into the forecast and capacity models, and weekly & monthly review meetings.
  • Partner directly with the GTM leadership on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy
  • Support the design, implementation, and testing of sales strategies to accelerate growth and prioritize investment areas
  • Work towards designing and implementing processes pertaining to InMobi Ads Annual/Quarterly/Monthly planning
  • Work cross functionally with Finance/BI/Sales/Product teams to drive operational rigour for the GTM teams.
Preferred qualification and Skill sets
  • Bachelor Degree with 2-4 year work experience in a Business Operations, Analytics or Planning role(e.g., Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, Corp Dev, and/or Strategy/Operations Consulting)(MBA is good to have but not must)
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match, and vlookup, table formulas)
  • Work experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI would be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience modelling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).
