Your Role


  • End to end responsibility of supporting the Procure to Pay processes and operations across management units of the Tea business

  • Involvement in the design and set up of PTP Shared Service Centre operations for a newly formed organization

  • Supporting the P2P Manager in driving efficient procurement operations

  • Partner with third party service provider, business stakeholders, controls, IT and other support functions to provide seamless service delivery and innovative projects

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the P2P cycle (including upstream Procurement process)

  • Drive adherence to TeaCo Control Framework

  • Ongoing Projects - ad hoc depending on business needs

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Fully involve in design set up and automation initiatives including testing

  • Impactful and flexible in communicating and influencing the issues with the ability to work across metrices of functions.

  • Accountable and responsible for ensuring Global finance controls

  • Accountable for third party service provider / managed services operations

Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:

  • Reports into P2P Manager

  • Head of Shared Services

  • TeaCo local market financial controllers

  • Third party service providers

  • Auditors

Flexibility for this Role (Working Model, Mobility):

  • Open towards flexible working models

  • In principle office-based, currently working 3 days a week from office and balance two days from home due to CV19 restrictions

  • Travel 20%, or now limited due to CV19

Skills and Experience

  • A semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in relevant function

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in FMCG industry

  • Strong understanding of Source to Pay standards

  • Strong financial and business acumen

  • A stint in Procurement finance or Global Shared services center preferred
