The Role Responsibilities Job Role We are currently looking for Senior Analyst-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Operations Team for Chennai location. The incumbent will have to manage and assist the class-room (both ILT and VILT) learning programme for the bank, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team. The prospective candidate should have the following skillsets Strategy To understand the requirements of the business and provide ideas to further enhance the process and improve the learning experience in the bank. Business To interact with the banks employees so they have an engaging learning joirney. Processes To understand and be able to contribute to fine tune the process. People and Talent Able to do stakeholder management, upskill yourself to know what is required for the role. Risk Management and Governance To abide and understand the importance of the role and ensure there are no deviations which affect the banks policies. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association. Key Stakeholders Bank employees Our Ideal Candidate Excellent hands-on working knowledge in MS Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports, etc). Excellent communication and business writing skills (both verbal and written). High energy person and one who is a self-starter. Good experience in stakeholder management. Should also have an eye for detail. Learning Management system Good in analytical skills.
