The Role Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Senior Analyst-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team. The incumbent will have to manage and assist the class-room (both ILT and VILT) learning programmes for the bank, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.

The prospective candidate should have the following skillsets:

• Excellent English communication & business writing skills (both verbal and written)
• Good in analytical skills
• Good experience in stakeholder management
• Excellent hands-on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports etc)
• High energy person and one who is a self-starter
• Should also have an eye for detail
