Job Title: Senior Analyst - Payroll

Experience: 4-5 years

Experience/Knowledge Required:

Shift Flexibility: The candidate must be comfortable with working shifts to support the region as needed, ensuring seamless payroll operations across different time zones.

Intermediate MS Excel Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables, IF/VLOOKUP/COUNT/SUM formulae, and other relevant functions to analyze and manipulate payroll data.

Good Verbal Communication (English): Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and employees.

Work Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of work experience in payroll management and processing, demonstrating a deep understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.

End-to-End Payroll Experience: Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation, validation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

SAP Experience: Proficiency in using SAP for payroll processing, including data input, reconciliation, and reporting.

Good to Have (Gold Medalists):

ERP Experience:

- Familiarity with other ERP systems, such as Workday, SSF (Shared Services Framework), Oracle, Ramco, KRIS, or PeopleSoft, would be a significant advantage. Candidates with experience in multiple ERP systems will be given faster consideration for training and adaptation.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

Data Management: Maintain and update payroll data, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and taxes, within SAP or other ERP systems.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international payroll laws and regulations, including tax deductions and statutory deductions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks to verify the accuracy of payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies.

Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports, including payslips, tax statements, and year-end reports, to employees and management.

Documentation: Maintain payroll records, documentation, and archives in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Communication: Address employee payroll queries and provide assistance as needed, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

ERP Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the implementation and integration of ERP systems, including SAP and other platforms.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the payroll function.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on payroll-related matters, including ERP usage.

NOTE: Experience of min. 4 yrs in international payroll is mandatory.
