- Sr. Analyst - Payroll Services is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of level 2 payrolls and related queries, while maintaining compliance with company\'s standard operating procedures and policies.
- This role involves serving as a subject matter expert, driving process improvements, and promoting adherence to policies and guidelines, while actively seeking professional development opportunities in the payroll processing domain.
What experience, skills and qualifications are required :
- A Bachelors/PG degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 4-10 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Experience in using payroll software or systems for data entry, calculations, and generating payroll reports. Familiarity with payroll system SAP is beneficial
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, processes, and regulations, including tax laws, deductions, benefits, and reporting requirements
- Excellent knowledge of tax laws, deductions, benefits, and reporting requirements related to payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, calculations, and payroll processing to ensure error-free and compliant payroll
