Purpose of the Role

Management of end-to-end Retiral Benefit Operations for India market.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accuracy of processing of retiral benefit, remittances, benefits maintenance, and other related payments.
  • Effective vendor management: Coordination and management of the retiral benefit function through external vendor and their internal teams.
  • Validating the provident fund transactions for settlements
  • Managing queries on retiral benefits
  • Manage various retiral benefit exempted trust & regulatory authority activities & transactions
  • Ensure timely & clear communication on retiral benefit, rules and regulation changes
  • Retiral benefit query & escalation management
  • Validation and auditing, ensuring legislative, compliance and internal reporting requirements for retiral benefit operations
  • Ensure proper documentation, SOP & Process flow update for the operations.
  • Email servicing for employees on the resolution of their queries related to Retiral benefits.
  • Ensure timeliness & accuracy of the billings from servicing vendors
  • Managing quality metrics and lead projects as required towards process improvement and standardization of various internal & external systems.
  • Interacting and collaborating with partners across multiple lines of business to source information and deliver on customer expectations
  • Closely working with Customer facing vendor team for the assigned market to work on enhancing employee experience & satisfaction.
  • Consistently understand and exceed employee requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork
  • Adherence to compliance timeline of retiral benefit.
  • Bank & account reconcialtion
  • Ensure that all deadlines are continuously met as per dashboard timelines and adequate controls are maintained over the processes
  • Lead internal / regulatory / statutory audits by providing the detailed documentations specified by the auditors / regulators.
  • Assuring the escalation of critical issues to the appropriate management chain for decisions and problem resolution.
  • Manage internal, external & Tax audit for retiral process.
Critical Factors to Success
  • Knowledge of benefit for India market
  • Quality experience in Managing E2E Benefit functions in a reputed organization with large employee base
  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of benefit related compliances
  • Knowledge of company pay structure, comp & Ben policies, processes and compliance guidelines
  • High attention to detail with an eye for Accuracy & Controls, Strong results-orientation, resourcefulness.
Past Experience

Extensive experience and thorough understanding of Benefits related servicing operations and compliances. Experience on customer servicing will be an added advantage.

Academic Background

MBA in Finance / HR with at least 5+ years of experience OR Graduation in commerce or Arts with 7+ years of experience.

Functional Skills -
  • Demonstrated Strong Soft skills & proficiency in MS-Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Extensive experience and thorough understanding of managing servicing operations for India market.
Technical Skills

Thorough Knowledge of AMEX systems and Comprehensive knowledge of India Retirals benefits.

Knowledge of Platforms

MS Office
